Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking More than 60 days before arrival - 100% refund
30 -60 days before arrival - 50% refund
Under 30 days - no refund
Changeover Day
Changeover dates are flexible.
Guests are asked to leave the property by around 10am and arrive after 3pm.
Deposit
In order to reserve the villa, we request 25% payable on booking and the balance 8 weeks before arrival.
